Company History
Growth Investments Ltd is an Investment and Pension consultancy firm that offers a personalised service to higher net worth individuals that include company directors, senior executives and partners of professional firms.
It also specialises in small corporate pension schemes and has built up a loyal client base over its 25 years in business.
The company was founded in 1982 by Jim Cotter, who is an ex President of the Irish Brokers Association, and is part of Citadel Financial Advice since October 2008.

Jim Cotter, Managing Director 
Jim has been in the Pension and Investment area for 40 years, having spent ten years in the U.K. with a leading Unit Linked Office. In 1979 he returned to Dublin to join Beech Hill Life and Pensions. He set up Growth Investments in 1982 and developed a niche in personal pensions for company directors and self employed professionals.
He was appointed President of the Irish Brokers Association in 1994.

Richard Cotter, Director 
Richard has a B.A in Business Studies and is a QFA. He started his career in Financial Services in 1991. Having held positions with both Canada Life and New Ireland .He subsequently joined the team at Growth Investments in 1998, Where he is currently a director and shareholder.

Ian Craigie, Consultant 
Ian started his career stock broking and has spent the last four decades invloved in the Financial Services industry. He Joined Growth Investments in 1984 and left in 1999 to pursue other business interests.
Ian rejoined the Growth Investments team in 2007 to assist in the development of the client base and our product offering.
